What do you get as a Partner?

Creating a vibrant, healthy downtown isn't about being a member; rather, it takes ALL of us to partner together to make big things happen. But you pay us money--so we know we have to provide you with some return on your investment. Here is what we have planned for 2023:

• Access to grant programs for renovations. A new program through MN Main Street will launch in early 2023.

• Assistance with marketing vacant spaces

• Advocacy at the Port and City to designate funds for redevelopment and building improvements

• Listing of available properties for sale/lease on the www.redwingbuildings.com website

• Your logo/name on our website

• Newsletter with updates on all the events, programs, projects, and news about Downtown

What does it cost to be a Partner?

The City funding for downtown projects and DTMS has been cut drastically in the past few years. For example, in 2017, the City allocated over $100,000 for funding for downtown (DTMS received about $40,000 of that.) In 2022, we received $0 from the City of Red Wing. Downtown and Downtown Main Street needs to find new ways of supporting our work.

If you are interested in joining us, our 2023 Property Owner Partnership is $250 per building.

We also have a Major Sponsor Partnership for $1000 that includes your logo on all marketing materials, website, and two shout-outs on social media.
